Order In Menu FAQ PageThe Order In Menu System is a Website which puts your restaurant’s menu on the World Wide Web, your customers can read your menu on your website (or ours). They can then place an order online through our system if you choose to use that option. The orders are very accurate because your customers verify the order before they complete the order. The Order In Menu technology will fax or email the order to you within minutes. Will it fit into my business? One of the best features of your new Online Menu is that it can be customized for your business. There is no need for you to have to fit YOUR website into someone else’s idea of what your business should need. We can setup multiple menus for you with separate schedules if you have separate lunch, dinner, catering or other menus. You can accept Delivery, Takeout and/or Order Ahead orders. How much does it cost? NO SETUP FEES The Full Order In Menu System costs $20.00 per month. For the Menu only system, it is $60 per year. ***Note: If you wish us to set up your menu online, there is a $100-$150 setup fee. Please see the pricing page for more detail Is there a cost per order? The first 20 orders each month are free after which there is a charge of 10 cents per faxed order all emailed orders are free. Contact Us for a custom quote if you have a POS system that allows us to send the information directly to that. How do customers pay for their order? The customer pays you directly, we are looking at accepting payments for you though, so that will be an option soon. What will it take to setup our Order In Menu? We designed the Order In Menu System to be set up very quickly so you can be accepting orders online from a few hours to a few days. If you set up your own menu you can be online as soon as you enter it, if you choose us to upload it, we will need a few days, we will also need a copy of your menu(s). We may also need to ask you some questions. After that you will only need a fax machine, computer, pda or cell phone to receive the orders. If you need a web site created, if you choose a templated website, it can be setup within a day. More advanced websites will take more time, it will depend on the amount of customization. How long will it take to make changes to my Online Menu? Everything on your menu can be customized instantly so that your menu or website can change daily or even hourly if you would like. Can orders automatically be sent to my kitchen staff? For advanced accounts we can integrate your website with certain Point of Sale systems so that prepaid orders are transferred into your kitchen within seconds of ordering. Yes, We are a full hosting service provider so we can host your entire website as well as provide you with reliable email hosting at reasonable prices.
